To fulfill my vow, overall speaking, it was quite fast. It took 5 months from submission to acceptance. This is my first SCI paper as a junior postgraduate student. Although it may soon become a Tier 4 journal (upgraded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences), I am still extremely grateful to the reviewers and editors.

I previously submitted an article and found an issue, so we have been emphasizing the need to withdraw it since there was no status of being under review. However, the editorial department kept telling me that they are still evaluating it. I don't understand at all. Since the paper has not been sent for review, what is there to evaluate? The authors have already requested to withdraw it, so why evaluate anything? This journal is particularly unprofessional, and I suggest that everyone should not submit to it.
