2020-07-15 09:54:02 評論於 If the editor was in the post, the process speed was very fast. Due to this year’s epidemic, the editor was often absent, affecting the progress of the whole process. Overall, it is okay. One thing was basically done within a month. One month for reviewing the manuscript; one month for addressing the comments and dealing with the result, and one month for processing the later transactions after paying the fee after acceptance.
