The feedback was to recommend acceptance with minor revisions. After revising, it was stuck in the "review in process" status for another three months. During this time, when I contacted them, they said they were very busy and asked me to continue waiting. It was just a letter with a word limit of less than 500 words and only one table, but the minor revision process dragged on for three months. I would advise being very cautious when considering submitting to this journal
