My junior brother submitted an article in August, about the directions of PCI and CABG, requested to change to letter format, and then it was rejected!
I submitted another article, about the directions of valve and vascular surgery, which was externally reviewed for a month. The reviewer pointed out that the PSM method was not properly adjusted, especially for three variables such as gender, even though those three variables were 100% matched, with SMD=0. The other issues raised were not present in my article. The reviewer was extremely unprofessional, and I really want to use the manual brain exploder made by their hospital to hit them!!!
