It's impossible now. Scielo is a database from Latin America, completely different from Scie. However, our department managed to get this Ph.D. application material approved, and it looks like there's a chance it will pass through without being noticed.

On March 16th, Web of Science retrieved a batch of articles, some of which are indexed in SCIE, and some are indexed in SciELO. Only those indexed in SCIE are considered as SCI. You can determine this by checking the "Source" section on the right side of the third panel. If an article is not indexed in SCIE, you can directly ask the editor if it will still be indexed in SCIE.

If it is not indexed in Web of Science, it does not count as a SCI paper. It must be indexed in Web of Science.
If it has been accepted by Food Science and Technology but has not been indexed yet, it could be risky. It is recommended to directly email the editor using the contact email and expect a response within a day.

Can't retrieve the WOS core collection, is it over? If the core collection cannot be retrieved, I can't obtain a search certificate either. What should I do about graduation?

Can I graduate if I submitted in October 22nd, 10 years ago, and retrieved in March of this year, but it cannot be detected in the Web of Science Core Collection? I can find it on the Web of Science website. I regret not starting the retrieval process earlier.

Already retrieved does not affect, still SCI, but there should be no impact factor in June this year. If it is not indexed by Web of Science, you can request to withdraw the manuscript. I was stuck at "awaiting reviewer scores" for two and a half months. Before withdrawing, the status was still "awaiting reviewer scores". I sent a withdrawal letter to the editor, and they agreed to withdraw on the same day. The status also changed to "withdrawn". The editor was very kind.

The fact that it has already been indexed does not affect it, it is still SCI. However, there should be no impact factor in June this year. Because this journal is on hold and under review, it is very likely to be kicked out of SCI. Of course, we dare not be as reckless as before. However, even if its submission process is now in compliance, it should still be kicked out of SCI. No journal that is on hold is exempt from being kicked out of SCI.

It is already on the low-risk warning list, so the volume of publications should increase significantly. I estimate that it will be removed from SCI.
