Only those indexed in SCIE are considered as SCI. You can determine this by checking the "Source" section on the right side of the third panel. If it has been accepted by Food Science and Technology but has not been indexed yet, it could be risky. If it is not indexed by Web of Science, you can request to withdraw the manuscript. I was stuck at "awaiting reviewer scores" for two and a half months. Before withdrawing, the status was still "awaiting reviewer scores". I sent a withdrawal letter to the editor, and they agreed to withdraw on the same day. The status also changed to "withdrawn".
