I am skeptical about this "publish upon submission" model, but let's see how the review process goes first. The financial procedures are already in progress.
Notably, there were options for SENIOR EDITORS and the Board of Reviewing Editors when submitting. I showed it to my advisor, and he took a long time to choose, mainly focusing on relevance to the content of the article.
