This reviewer provided a total of 7 comments, although I could feel that he was not familiar with the methods I used, the questions he raised were very professional, from research design to results presentation, which greatly improved the quality of the paper. One more thing to mention is that it is strongly recommended to find a professional institution for editing before resubmitting, which not only can make the overall language of the article very beautiful, but also allow the institution to help you modify the manuscript into the style of the target journal.
