Hello, SCI usually collects papers published before the current month every month, and papers accepted by JMR may be published as late as XX month in 2024. Your paper will definitely be indexed by SCI after it is published, of course, there is still a possibility that your paper is not a journal paper and may not be accepted. JMR is a well-established robotics journal under ASME, so there is no issue with it not being SCI

Very good journal, getting one article published is enough for a doctoral graduate. Having one article can already establish a good reputation in the academic field. Wishing the journal continued success! It's better to focus on quality rather than quantity, even with only 103 articles published per year!

Opinions of the three reviewers. The first reviewer expressed that the writing was good and suggested minor revisions. They provided detailed comments within the PDF manuscript. The second reviewer had some questions, such as the explanation of certain terms, and their attitude was neutral, making it unclear whether they recommended rejection or revisions. The third reviewer found the innovative aspects and contributions of the article interesting, but pointed out some issues with details and raised questions regarding the figures and formula derivations.

Then, the editor decided to reject the article without providing any explanation, only stating that they were confused based on the opinions of the reviewers and associate editor. Waiting for six months only to receive this outcome is mentally exhausting...

Just submitted my paper. The status is "paper submit (complete)". The submission website feels a bit simple, only requiring to upload a PDF manuscript file. It was quite troublesome when submitting to other Elsevier journals before, so I'm not used to this simplicity. Hopefully, it will be accepted.
