A multicenter retrospective cohort study on liver cancer. After submission, feedback was received a month later on 15th April 2024, with no major or minor revisions requested. The paper was reviewed by reviewer 2 and 3, one with 5 questions and the other correcting several grammar errors. R1 was submitted on 25th April 2024, acknowledged by the editor on the same day, and under review the next day. Required reviews were completed on 11th May 2024, followed by communication with the editor on 13th May 2024. As of 19th May 2024, the decision is still pending, and it reverted back to 'with editor' on 20th May 2024. It has been 10 days since then

Share an experience, submitted on February 9th, about one month for revise, two reviewers, one accepted, one raised a few minor issues, but advised not to publish in such a high-impact journal, after revise on March 27th, continue external review, unable to find reviewers, until May 21st to return comments, a new reviewer, reviewer had no comments, said "Well presented work covering an important topic." Final decision from editor was rejection and suggested to submit to Annals of Medicine and Surgery, a new journal with no impact factor. Just a reference for everyone, the "under review" time kept changing in the middle, because reviewers could not be found, each time the update was approximately 7 days, with 10 days given to reviewers

When I submitted my paper, the editor mentioned that the "Author disclosure form" in my submission is missing. However, I have already uploaded the author contribution form in Word format. Review speed: 1.0 Emphasized research direction: Surgery; Pancreatic diseases; Experience in clinical research: The first review came back in two weeks, Reviewer 1 summarized the research results and praised it, Reviewer 2 just praised it and had no other comments, the editor asked for some grammar and expression revisions, as well as adding some additional content, it was sent back for revision in about a week, and now it is still with editor, comments say the reviewers' feedback is very positive, but there is a concern about the validity of the review, editor will make the final decision, feeling a bit nervous
