Then, after another 2 months, I sent another reminder, and they responded saying that they lacked staff and were still looking for judges. Me: ... Just last month, my supervisor's previously submitted paper got the result. A year ago, they gave the feedback that the topic didn't match and rejected it directly. It's unbelievable that they kept it for almost a year just to reject it for not matching the topic. At least they should have reviewed it earlier to avoid wasting other people's time, right? ...
