I do NOT recommend submitting to this journal. Honestly, I regret the fact that I submitted my manuscript to this journal in the first place. I submitted my manuscript draft in March, and it is now July and I have still not heard from the editor or reviewers. I have submitted articles to other journals before, and I was expecting a comparable review period of around 2 months. In a few days, it will have been 4 months with no results or communication. If I don’t receive reviews in the next few days, I am going to write the editorial department and withdraw the manuscript.

Not recommended to submit to this journal. I deeply regret it now: I submitted my manuscript in March, and now it's July, and I haven't heard back. I have sent multiple emails inquiring, and only received one response, apologizing and asking me to continue waiting. I have submitted to other journals before, and usually get a review result within 2 months. Unlike this journal, the review process is lengthy and the attitude is not good. If I don't see results in a few more days, after 4 months, I am planning to write to the editorial office to withdraw my submission and submit to another journal. Its impact factor has already dropped to 1.4 in 2011. Tragic
