It feels like the review comments were given after drinking too much alcohol. When being rejected, it was said that it was rejected due to one comment of the reviewer, but I did not see the reviewer’s comments in the email or the system. When we sent email to inquiry, the editor said that it had not been sent for review, and the assistant editor rejected it. It felt like playing and it was delayed for nearly two months.
