This journal is of poor efficiency and procrastination. It can be delayed for half a year even though there are only a few articles to be published every year. I suggest someone who has time requirements to be careful to submit articles here. It is a journal that has been completely ruined and delayed by editors. Originally, the research field involved hot areas such as stem cells, immunity, and so on. However, the impact factor has dropped from more than 10 all the way to less than 5. The journal needs to find out why this happened.
