I have previously reviewed two articles by Indian authors for this journal, and they were full of errors. It feels like the editor is not strict enough in quality control. The editor is good, but because of the limited number of papers the journal publishes each year, recently (since 2014) all papers are reviewed for one year and only published half a year later. The history of the published paper all shows that it takes more than a year to publish. For anyone who wants to get promoted or graduate soon, this is too slow! If there is a problem in the long review process, the study in the paper may become not novel any more. It’s risky to submit to a journal with such a long review process.
