2009-11-08 18:37:56 評論於 It was not easy to receive feedback, and the result was rejection, the reviewer is completely crazy! A series of questions that are just insane, and many of them are unreasonable. Here is a small excerpt: Two candidate genes were sequenced to identify SNPs. Why was it necessary to sequence if those are known SNPs? How many individuals were sequenced and why this number? How were they chosen? Which parts of the genes were sequenced, the whole genes? Which percentage was covered? The authors state that the 5 SNPs in IL-20 gene are tagging SNPs. How do they know? Do they correspond to tagging SNPs from the HapMap data? This is not mentioned in the manuscript. Why was the case control cohort only tested for putative tagging SNPs of one candidate gene and for only a single SNP of the other gene?(0) 讚! | 凌霄高洁 |
