Two days later, the rejection notice was sent, very fast! They support free-format submissions, saving the trouble of modifying the article format. Sometimes, after spending one or two days modifying the format, it gets rejected and I have to change the format again to submit to another journal. It feels like the articles I submit and many articles already published in the journal are in the same field, but they say it's out of the scope of the journal.

I didn't expect the impact factor of this journal to grow so quickly. I can't remember if I submitted it in October or September last year. The review process took about a month, maybe even less. From the comments below, it seems that the review process is quite slow. When I submitted, the editorial handling was a bit slow, but the review comments came back quickly. Then there was a minor revision, which took about a week to send back. There was no further review, and the editorial staff accepted it directly. The online publication is very slow, so students who want to apply for awards should consider this carefully.

The review speed is not slow, and the editor is very good. 2020-8-28 First submission; 2020-9-1, the editor returned it, requiring a revision; 2020-9-7 resubmission, and it was under review on the same day; 2020-10-17 decision: major revision; 2020-11-4 resubmitted after revision; 2020-11-30 decision: major revision; 2020-12-14 submitted after revision; 2020-12-14, 19:00 pm, decision: accept. It is really fast.
