I did not have a great experience with this journal; I do not plan on submitting ever again. In short, I submitted my manuscript in March 2014, and then received a reply in May that I my article would be accepted in the second issue published in 2015. I paid the fee (800 Euro); however, my article was not published in the second issue. After the third issue was published, I contacted the editor and found out that the editor-in-chief had changed. Moreover, my article was now unacceptable for publication due to language issues. At least the journal returned my money… but still.
