Finally Accept!! to share my submission cycle~ TRR is really good, the editors and reviewers are also very good, especially in the later revisions. I didn't have to wait too long for the revisions, and each time I was given enough time for revisions. I received a month to submit the final version.
Submission: 2023.10.26
First revision: 2023.12.11-2024.1.17 Two reviewers gave a total of eleven comments. I could feel that they were peers in the field, and their comments were very professional and helpful in improving the article.
Second revision: 2024.1.26-2024.3.7 Both reviewers said my revisions were good with no other issues. The editor mentioned that the language needed improvement and recommended finding a professional English editor, so I used SAGE's author services for proofreading which cost 2.7k.
Accept: 2024.3.8 Submitted the final version. The editor replied yesterday saying that my article is being forwarded to the professional department for processing and I should receive the author proof in about a month.
So happy! TRR is still non-open access! Wishing TRR all the best and hoping for early publication of my article~
