Transportation Research: Part B publishes papers on all methodological aspects of the subject, particularly those that require mathematical analysis. The general theme of the journal is the development and solution of problems that are adequately motivated to deal with important aspects of the design and/or analysis of transportation systems. Areas covered include: traffic flow; design and analysis of transportation networks; control and scheduling; optimization; queuing theory; logistics; supply chains; development and application of statistical, econometric and mathematical models to address transportation problems; cost models; pricing and/or investment; traveler or shipper behavior; cost-benefit methodologies.

First of all, the recognition of trB in the industry completely surpasses ejor, it is indeed not as good as ts. Even if you have 20 articles in ejor, it still wouldn't be enough to qualify for the Young Elite Award. However, having 20 trB articles would be more than sufficient. Can you provide examples of the articles you claim to be analytically flawed and randomly cited? The research groups in bj and bh have been publishing numerous papers in trB since the last century, and their research has a strong foundation. If you think the quality of the articles is poor, it may be because you haven't understood them properly. Both the bj and bh groups that publish more in trB are focused on theoretical research, so having numerous symbols is normal, isn't it? Each editor-in-chief has different priorities, and it is also clear that this society itself is a network-based society. The chief editor Yang is familiar with the group in Beijing, so it is normal to have some bias. Moreover, it should be noted that there is a limit to the number of articles published in each direction in a journal, and it is not Professor Yang who handles different directions. If you are not satisfied with it, you can always submit to MS. Are you expressing your opinions on this forum just because you can't get published in trB?

Since American-Indians Bhat replaced Hai Yang as the editor-in-chief in 2019, It is difficult for the Chinese manuscripts, especially those from Mainland China, to be accepted. 90% of these manuscripts were rejected without peer review. All the person, who submitted manuscripts when the editor-in-chief Yang was in office, was lucky. Hurry up to submit manuscripts to Part C while the editor-in-chief Yang is still in office. Thank the Chinese editor-in-chief for keeping an eye on the mainland that so many Chinese manuscripts could be accepted.

TR-B is one of the best journals in the field of transportation tradition.In recent years, due to the rapid development of computer science and the impact on the transportation system, there has been a trend of being caught by TR-C.Of course, the mathematics of the computer is also good.There are good articles in TR that mainly submit in B and C.IEEE ITS has made the reputation of the former editor-in-chief worse and worse.
