Posted in February 2021, reviewed three days later, reminded in late May, saying they couldn't find reviewers and were still searching. Received the first reviewer's comments in early June and the second reviewer's comments at the end of October. The editorial department allowed ten days for revisions. The second review process took over three months and the paper was accepted in early February, but it is still not online. It is advised to be cautious about submitting to this journal as it seems strange. They keep adding reviewers and claim they haven't received any response from potential reviewers. It is curious why they can't find reviewers, whether it is due to issues with the editorial department's invitation emails or intentional delay.
