It may be because this is a quarterly journal, but the first review was slow. I waited for 4 months, then after that the speed was faster, especially after the requested modifications. From submission to formal acceptance, it still takes 8 months, which may be due to reviewers’ many questions about my article. The Spanish abstract is a minor issue without any fees.
