The review speed and editorial processing speed were good. The manuscript was submitted on June 27th, received the first round of comments after about a month, revised on August 17th, received the second round of comments on August 29th, revised on August 31st, and accepted on September 6th

It's not a major overhaul. Your submission is just a revised version for resubmission. The editor approves of your work and asks for it to be modified according to the requirements before submitting it again. There is a high probability that it will be sent for external review.

I submitted Solar Energy on May 12th, 2023. It took over a month for the review process, and unfortunately, it was rejected by a reviewer who clearly did not understand the background of the article. This wasted a lot of time.

I decided to resubmit it to another journal, and to my surprise, it entered the "under review" stage just three days later. There were two reviewers who provided a total of 8 comments, all of which were very professional. After making the necessary revisions, the article was accepted without further delay. It was a great experience with this submission. This article was a pure simulation, and it took about two months to be accepted. Experimental articles usually get accepted even faster. I am very grateful for Aryasomayajula Subrahmanyam, Ph.D.'s thorough work and I wish the journal continued success!

After the first submission, there was a change in the editor, which caused a delay of about ten days. Otherwise, the review process would have been faster. The paper was initially submitted to Corro Sci and was rejected by an unfamiliar reviewer. It was then revised based on the comments of another reviewer and submitted to this journal. However, the same reviewer from Corro Sci was encountered again, resulting in three minor issues. These were quickly addressed during the revision process.
