Due to having only one reviewer's opinion and being unable to find another reviewer, they rejected my manuscript for fear of delaying its publication. It's too excellent. 2021-11-06 11:18:43 評論於 May 2020 submission. I followed up once and received a reply saying that they only received comments from one reviewer and needed to wait for others. It has been a year and a half, and I still haven't received the first review comments. The efficiency of domestic journals is really worrying. Either reject or provide comments, be straightforward.
