The review process is quick, submitted in mid-July, received comments on August 31st for major revisions. Returned on September 12th, then again in early October for major revisions. Received on October 9th, final feedback on November 27th for minor revisions

7 months after submission, one reviewer did not give a review opinion. So the manuscript is still under review. I have urged the editor, but it doesn't seem to work.

submitted an article about forest tree tissue trainingThe article on resistive screening was rejected.Did not say that the article has a problem, it is recommended to select for more professional journals.It seems that this journal is still in a macro direction.

My paper was about the direction of ecology (forest), and the journal seems to include articles on forestry policy and management as well. The editor of this journal is very good, and the reiew process is relatively fast. The first review is about two months. Then a minor revision and the reviewer told me on the third day was accepted The whole process took less than 10 days. IF=0.949 (2010).  If your article is submitted and other journals with higher IF reject it, and if you want to find an IF of 1.0 or so, you can consider this journal.
