The writing of the discussion section and the introduction are opposite, with a funnel-shaped structure that expands from small to large. Starting from the reasonableness of each research result, anomalies, and the principles behind them, a deep analysis is slowly conducted. After laying the groundwork, the main conclusions of the paper can be naturally introduced for discussion, followed by a broader analysis to highlight the importance/significance/generalizability/application value of the research

Research Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of social media on teenagers' mental health.

Research Process: We conducted a survey among 500 teenagers, asking about their social media usage and mental well-being. We analyzed the data using statistical methods to draw conclusions.

Findings: Our study found that teenagers who spend more than 3 hours a day on social media are more likely to experience symptoms of anxiety and depression.

In the following paragraphs, we will discuss the data results in detail, citing relevant studies to support our findings.

Contribution and Significance: This study highlights the importance of monitoring teenagers' social media usage for their mental well-being. It contributes to the growing body of research on the impact of social media on mental health.

Future Research Directions: Moving forward, further research should delve into the specific types of content on social media that affect teenagers' mental health
