It's very likely that the impact factor will rise to Tier 3 next year. The quality of this journal is good, but it took a lot of effort to accept only two articles... In this time, a major revision was required after two months of review. In addition to the main issues of principle, there are 25 opinions for revision. It took 2 weeks to revise and resubmit it. After 2 weeks, requirements for minor revisions were received, which was mainly about text corrections. It was resubmitted after revisions and got accepted on the same day.
