Previously submitted to a cardiovascular intervention journal in the United States, rejected. Re-submitted to this journal, two months later major revisions, two reviewers, one of them asked for additional explanations, easily done. The other reviewer asked difficult questions, seemed to reluctantly give major revisions. I thought for a few days on how to respond to the second reviewer, and after figuring it out, I started revising. While thanking the reviewers for their feedback, I politely presented my own views and discussed the questions raised by the second reviewer in the discussion section of the article. Although I did not fully support the second reviewer's opinions, I referenced previous literature and briefly discussed the points raised by the reviewer, showing cautious support, but also acknowledging that the article did not delve deeply into that aspect. After revisions, the article was quickly accepted. It will be published online, with the print version coming out in the second half of this year
