In less than four days, I received a message asking for withdrawal, saying there was no reviewer. It's a negative review! There is no respect for the authors of the submissions.

Seriously, avoid this journal. The editor kept me waiting for two months, only to reject my submission citing that it did not fit the journal's aims and scope. Did it really take you two months to realize that it was not within the scope of the journal? Pure garbage journal.

AOR is getting more and more unreliable now. I specialize in supply chain management. When I submitted my first paper, it took almost 10 months for the editor to respond, and only after I followed up twice. They said they couldn't find any reviewers, so I withdrew my paper to graduate on time. Eventually, I submitted to a journal in Zone 2, and it got accepted after 7 months. Recently, I submitted to a special issue of AOR, and it went under review after just 1 week. But it's been 8 months now, and there's been no feedback. I tried reaching out once, but got no response. Are the reviewers dead after 8 months? I won't be submitting to this journal again. My two experiences with submitting to AOR have been very dissatisfying. If you want to graduate or get evaluated, please think twice before submitting!
