First, the article type is the stroke-related clinical prognostic analysis. The reason why I chose this journal was that I searched and found there were related articles published in this journal recently, and then I submitted (to this journal). But unexpectedly, after being reviewed by the editor, it took more than one month for the external review. One reviewer said that it was not suitable for the system of this journal, and there was no other reason. As a result, the editor rejected it. I was confused. What have the editor done! If he thought it was not suitable for this journal, shouldn’t he reject it at the beginning? It was wasting my time. I really don’t why he did like this. The impact factor has dropped this year.
