Given that there was a 60 day limit for reviewers, I was anticipating a decision around the 23rd of May, but they changed the date under the "under review" section without changing the status. I reached out to the editorial office but they haven't responded yet.

Given that the median time to first decision is 16 days, I was not expecting it to take this long.
