ACA transferred over in October 24th.
After two months of review, six reviewers made major revisions with a total of 80 questions, but most of them were easily addressed. It took three weeks to supplement data and revise the article.
One month later, minor revisions were made. Five reviewers agreed to accept the paper, while one reviewer raised some formatting issues that were addressed and resubmitted.
Thinking that the paper would be accepted directly, it was sent for review again, leaving us speechless.
It is important to be cautious when rushing the publication of an article!

The paper was submitted for external review on August 11th, and it has been 100 days since then with no feedback received. Attempts to contact the editor, Miguel Delaguardia, have been unsuccessful as emails go unanswered. This journal used to review manuscripts multiple times with a turnaround time of around 21 days. It is unclear why the editorial process is being delayed. Graduating students are advised to be cautious when submitting manuscripts to this journal.
