Given the diversity and complexity of biology, it is perfectly acceptable for different results to emerge and be published, as scientific research itself allows and encourages questioning, supplementing, and improving upon previous knowledge, even overturning it. When writing papers, we need to focus on two main strategies: accurately describing materials and methods and results, particularly highlighting discrepancies with others' work, emphasizing details; in the discussion section, we should not avoid contradictions, compare differences with previous research, and attempt to provide reasonable and effective explanations

Highlight the innovation of your research, demonstrating distinct features that set you apart from others. The magnitude of the difference is a separate issue - what's important is to have a distinction. As long as there is a distinction, it is considered innovative
