It has been seven months since the submission, and there is still no result. I have sent four reminder emails, but no one has replied. Only one reply was received from the editorial office, stating that they had found a reviewer who agreed to review the manuscript. The waiting has been difficult, and I have decided to withdraw the submission if there is no result by June. I request careful consideration for a fast publication.

August 4 major revision after the first review;
September 2 revised version;
October 17 minor revision after the second review;
October 20 revised version;
November 15 acceptance.

I personally think the speed is quite good, the entire process took less than 6 months, and the reviewers and editors were very diligent and responsible.

It seems that now Springer requires submission to be synchronized with Research Square, which means the peer review process will be made public. Everyone will be able to see your article.

An SCI paper about a centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber was submitted on October 22, 2020. A major revision was requested on January 4, 2021, primarily focusing on significant improvements in language. After Letpub's polishing, it was resubmitted on February 2, 2021. On February 22, acceptance notification was received.

7 and a half months, finally accepted, normal 3 months review cycle, if the reviewer is not appropriate
