It's not like that at all. You can submit in English, and the Russian part is just for the abstract section, our editors will help translate it for you. The final publication will be in English.

A Ukrainian journal. Although it is an English journal, they do need submissions in Ukrainian/Russian, but they will be translated into English at the end and published online. It is recommended that if you have cooperation with Ukraine, you can find a partner to submit it. If there is no relevant cooperation, it is not recommended to submit manuscripts to this journal.

The manuscript was submitted by email on July 28 2019. Three months passed and there was no news. During the period, I sent an email asking about the status of the manuscript, and there was still no reply. In the mid-November, we sent an email stating that we would withdraw the manuscript. A week later, the editor replied the email, and the original words are as follows: Dear Sir, Unfortunately, we have not received your manuscript. We must inform you that the line for publishing papers is too long (2–3 years). We recommend you to submit your paper to other journal dealing with your problem. Editorial Secretary. Just for your information. I personally do not recommend this journal, and it has been included in my SCI journals blacklist.

My colleagues submitted an article about polymer materials, which was submitted in July, and returned for revision in March. After the revision, it was accepted for publication in April.
