The manuscript was submitted on June 24. The review comments were returned in about a month, and there were three reviewers. Two weeks was given for the revision. On August 10, the comments were given in two weeks, and I was required to revise the language again. The revised manuscript was submitted on August 31, and it was accepted directly. The editor-in-chief is very good, and the review speed is OK, it mainly depends on the speed of the reviewers. I hope that the journal will get better and better. However, I roughly estimate that the impact factor will drop this year.
