Overall, this journal is pretty good and is under the ACS umbrella. There are quite a few Chinese authors publishing in this journal. If your article meets the requirements, you could get it published in as little as two months if you're lucky. The editors are meticulous and will point out the details that need to be adjusted to meet the journal's standards. Sometimes the review process can be a bit slow.
