They also provided very detailed solutions, many of which were directly related to the key points, surprising in their professionalism. I spent another month revising based on the feedback, and felt that the quality of the article had greatly improved. The editorial team is composed of capable individuals, with fair and responsible editors. When encountering controversial issues, they provide opportunities for appeals and counter-arguments, and the processing is quite fast. I sent an email and received a reply in less than an hour. Zhejiang University has a distinctive approach in running this journal, unlike other magazines that require connections to submit papers. Currently, the journal's level is also suitable for domestic master's and PhD submissions. I just don't understand why it has been downgraded to the third tier. As of early February, the real-time impact factor has exceeded 5. As a promising national journal, shouldn't it be supported based on the principle of fairness during the classification by the Chinese Academy of Sciences?
