2012-08-27 08:41:00 評論於 I submitted my paper in mid-February and it was accepted for review the following week. In May, when I saw no movement, I sent an e-mail asking the status of the paper. The editor wrote back that the review comments they received were not sufficient and the manuscript was sent to another reviewer. I asked again in July and was told that I had to wait.
