This journal is very efficient. A few weeks after submitting my manuscript, I received the review comments and I made revisions. After one month, the paper was directly accepted.  Don't pay for the pages, add a little bit of money for the supplement. Overall, it is a good journal in this field.

Experience sharing: Submitted on December 10, 2013, revised on January 30, 2014; Due to supplementary experiments, the revision deadline was extended to May 31, 2014, but due to mouse issues, it was unable to be revised, so I planned to give up on the modification. However, on July 20, I received an email from the journal asking me to revise quickly and extending the deadline to August 31. I revised on September 3, answered the reviewers' questions in detail, and explained the reasons for some experiments being unable to be completed. I received an acceptance email for the manuscript on September 23 at noon, and on the same day, signed relevant agreements with the publishing house online. The speed was very fast! Overall, I think the reviewers were very nice and professional. As long as you make a serious effort to revise, it is possible!
