This journal is very good and the review is very fast. After 1.5 months, we obtained the results. The editor added a comment on the format, and then there was only one reviewer who suggested that it was worth publishing but there were a few comments. The deputy then wrote a paragraph agreeing with the reviewer.  Less than a week later, I changed it and returned it.  Then I had to wait.  I received a letter asking for permission to publish, and I was informed of the arrangement in October. There is no charge for papers under 8 pages. For every page that a manuscript goes over, more than 100 euros will be added. The text is required to be less than 5,000 words, so generally two charts can be published in eight pages or less.
