The submission was made in May, and in July it was rejected for resubmission. After major revisions, it was resubmitted. At the end of November, it was given a "Revise Only (Minor revision required.)" The editorial department replied: "Both reviewers are satisfied with the revised version, but suggest making some minor edits to the numbers. I agree that Figures 16-19 should be redone using symbols or different line types to make them easier to distinguish in black and white or color-challenged printing. Please make these changes."
