It belongs with professional NIR journals in the industry.The first opinion was given 3 months after I submitted my paper, and the two reviewers provided detailed comments. The editorial suggestions were revised and reviewed. After the second submission, I waited for nearly three months. A reviewer stated that the paper needed minor revisions, and the editor also helped to correct the grammatical mistakes. After the paper was selected, it took another two weeks to receive the information. The reviewers and editors of this journal are quite serious and responsible. The journal is bimonthly and I have read some of the articles. The volume is small but that is fine.  (1) 讚！ | 匿名  |
