The speed is pretty good, it takes about half a year for submissions to be accepted. It seems that this magazine has two branches, one in Europe and America, and the other in Korea. All the submissions from Asia are handled by Koreans. The efficiency is quite high

Experience sharing: It took about half a year from submission to acceptance. The editor is quite good, seems to be from Korea, and replies to emails very promptly, usually within a day. Much better than those in Europe and America who reply casually after half a month. I didn't choose OA, as OA is too expensive, and I didn't choose color illustrations either, as they come at an additional cost. This is a bit of a pitfall, it's not like it's a print version. So, I just published in black and white. But I still had to pay thousands in publication fees. Overall, it's pretty good if the content aligns with their magazine's interests. However, there's a problem with online access, how do you download your own published articles?

Review Speed: 3.0 | Submission Hit Rate: 50.0 Experience Sharing: After submitting for 16 years, a $50 review fee was paid upfront. It took three and a half months for the first review to come back, with three reviewers. After making revisions for a month, the revised version was back for minor revisions, which were accepted in three days. The whole process took a total of five and a half months! After acceptance, it took about a month for proofreading, and around 10 days to be published online. The page fee was $80 per page, with black and white images, not yet open access, not suitable for urgent article submissions!
