I have submitted twice so far. The first submission was under editing for almost a month and ended up being rejected. The second submission, a new article, was quickly sent for review and was under review within about two to three days. I feel that the journal is not as harsh as rumored, as good work can still be accepted by the editors. I am not familiar with the JMST circle and am not part of a prestigious group. Overall, the reviewers are fair, although their questions can be difficult to answer, and the requirements for the paper are relatively high.
