2020-02-23 09:56:38 評論於 The manuscript processing speed of this journal is really too slow. If you are anxious to publish articles, it is not recommended to submit here. It was submitted in April 2019, and it was sent for review after a month with editor; the review comments were sent to the editor on August 3, 2019, and were returned to the author on September 3, requiring a major revision. There are a lot of things that need to be changed, but only one month was given; the revision was completed on September 27, 2019, and the second submission was with editor for more than a month until it was sent to the reviewer in early November. The first reviewer was very satisfied and recommended to accept the manuscript directly. The second reviewer delayed it for two months and rejected it. Then the editor sent his comments to the author on January 15, 2020, and decided not to reject the manuscript. One month was given for minor revisions and it will no longer be sent to reviewer for reviewing. After minor revisions, the revised version was submitted on February 2, 2020, the acceptance notice was received on February 8, 2020, and it was published online on the February 14.
