Personal summary submission without invitation.
Submitted on August 25th, revised on September 21st (major revision, given six months), received positive feedback on the comments. Added some viewpoints and corrected language errors. Took 4 weeks to receive a response, accepted on November 1st.
Personally, both the reviewers and editors were very good, and their comments were fair.
During the submission period, due to my own carelessness, there were two issues. I had to contact the editorial department via email, and they resolved them very well. I did not feel any discrimination or bias. I would recommend it to others.

Almost all freestyle submissions that meet the required academic standards for publication must be sent back to the authors for revision before being published, such as compressing the length of the article, redesigning tables, improving the quality of illustrations, and limiting the use of irregular abbreviations. However, articles sent back to the authors for revision do not mean that the article has been accepted. The final acceptance of an article depends on whether the author's modifications to the key content and presentation of the article meet the requirements of the reviewers and editors. 
The materials usually sent back to the authors for revision include the original manuscript, reviewers' comments, and a cover letter from the editor. When authors receive the revised manuscript, they should first carefully read the cover letter and reviewers' comments. Then they should consider whether they can or are willing to accept the comments from the reviewers or editors and make revisions to the manuscript. The likelihood of acceptance can be seen from the response from the editor and reviewer. Do not rush the revision process; carefully read and understand the reviewers' questions. Answer each comment from the reviewers individually; specify the changes made in the revised manuscript (page, lines); write a letter to the editor thanking them for their suggested changes and explaining the reasons for any modifications not made

Submitted on June 10th, under review on June 17th, comments received on July 19th, minor revisions were made and a few experiments were added. Revised on September 11th, accepted on October 5th, and made online on November 3rd. The overall process was very friendly and fast. If it weren't for the delay caused by my own revisions, it would have been accepted in September.

How much does this magazine actually cost? Wiley says OA is optional, but there is a direct Open Access Licensing option in the submission system, and you can only choose "Yes." Does this mean agreeing to open access?
