Experience Sharing: After switching to Hindawi for publication, the journal required an APC of 1600 USD. After submission, the publisher assigned a dedicated editor to contact me, requesting strange things like providing a page introducing similar articles and personnel from previous institutions. However, they were very polite and responded promptly, unlike some journals where emails to the editorial office go unanswered. The first round of revisions came back after about a month, with suggested major revisions that were not very professional. It seemed like the reviewers did not understand the article and pointed out clear conceptual errors. I felt like arguing with the reviewers, but reluctantly made revisions according to their comments. The revised manuscript was rejected after 3 days, with the evaluation stating: "manuscript is seriously flawed" and recommending the author to read more literature. Overall, the submission experience was not very good

The review process is relatively fast, with minor revisions completed in about a month and accepted immediately within 2 days after minor revisions. The editor is very friendly and asks some questions, which are not very difficult or tricky
