2012-01-10 22:13:00 評論於 The publication of the three major international associations in water conservancy (IAHR, IWA, IAHS), a quarterly journal. The review speed is average, but the efficiency is not as high as WST. Submitted in early October, reviewed at the end of November, submitted a revised draft in early December, returned for minor revision at the end of December, and accepted in early January.
