Just received a manuscript. The reviewer raised a lot of questions and requested additional experiments. It was accepted the next day. 
It's a good journal. The current impact factor is only 7.5, and it is estimated to be around 9.2 next year. It will be difficult to reach 10 points. 
With over 2000 articles published each year, achieving such a high impact factor is not easy. It would be even better if it could reach 10.
