A Japanese journal. The editor had strict requirements on the format, and the processing speed was extremely fast. However, the reviewers gave the rejection letter till nearly 4 months later. It was not rejected until I sent an e-mail to urge it in the middle. It was a waste of time. The reason for rejection was lack of innovation.

Japanese people are really strict. They have strict requirements on the format and the quality of the article. Although the impact factor is not very high, the quality is really high. It went through four times before and after the proof. It was really serious, but it was very good.
